Terms & Conditions

At Elyse, to ensure we can provide the best and safest treatment experience, we ask our clients to observe and respect our terms and conditions. We are happy to discuss any of the below points, should you have any specific queries. To maintain a calm and tranquil environment for all of our clients, we ask that mobile phones are turned off or silenced when inside the building and to refrain from bringing children into the clinic.

Cancellation Policy

Here at Elyse, we understand that sometimes life gets in the way and cancellations can be unavoidable from time to time. We ask that clients provide us with 24-hours’ notice to cancel an appointment, in which case we would be happy to simply reschedule the appointment time or refund any deposit made for permanent cancellations. Unfortunately, clients who decline to inform us of their cancellations or do so within this 24-hour period will be charged the following fees:

• Full cost of a Beauty treatment priced up to £25
• £25 for a Beauty treatment priced above £25
• £50 for an Aesthetic treatment with the Doctor

In the case of multiple treatments booked, the above charges will be applied to each unattended service.


As a business focusing on support and fantastic experiences, we ask all of our clients to be considerate of one another. Clients over 15 minutes late for their appointment will miss time with their practitioner and charged a fee as per above policy.

Refunds & Exchanges

Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased from the clinic. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. This does not affect your statutory rights. Our prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to change the nature of any treatments, course or package. A patch test must be carried out at the clinic at least 48 hours prior to your treatment. Anyone who has not had a treatment within the last six months must have a repeat patch test before their treatment. Failure to have a patch test will result in the clinic being unable to carry out the treatment and a 100% cancellation policy will apply.

Online Booking Terms & Conditions

PATCH TESTS
Patch tests are crucial to some of our aesthetic treatments. When you make a booking, you will be informed if you require a patch test, which must be done at least 48 hours prior to your treatment. Our practitioners at Elyse continue to patch test clients to safely identify possible allergies or reactions prior to committing to a full treatment solution. This is a specialist procedure, conducted solely for the safety and comfort of our clients.

If you’ve been to us before, but not had a patch test or treatment within the last six months, we require you to return for a repeat patch test for your own safety.

OUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
When incidents occur outside of our control and we need to cancel or alter appointments, we will always endeavour to contact you as soon as possible by phone. If you are unable to complete your patch test at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your treatment for your own safety.

GIFT VOUCHERS
We offer Elyse treatment gift vouchers for clients wanting to surprise friends and family with a unique treatment. These gift vouchers may be redeemed up to 12 months from the date of issue; they will then become invalid. Unfortunately, we are not able to remind clients of their expiry dates. Therefore, we ask that you make a note of the expiry date to avoid any disappointment.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
If you have purchased any products from Elyse and wish to return or exchange them, products must be returned unopened, with the seal and original packaging intact. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items which have been opened or used or if a product is returned to us in an unsellable condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To receive a refund on your treatment deposit, please ensure you cancel your appointment well outside the 24-hour timeframe.

We ask our clients to respectfully observe these terms and conditions to maintain a positive, healthy and happy clinic. Our priority is our clients and the exemplary experience we aim to provide and these simple guidelines allow us to remain focused on you, our customers.
